How do I get there? 

The Island concierge address is 7 Sugar House Lane, Stratford, E15 2QS. We can easily be reached by foot, bike, car and public transport. See our Visit page for more information.

Is parking available?

Sugar House Island is a car-free development, meaning that on street parking is limited to 20-minute loading bays and blue badge holder spaces.

Underground parking is available for Sugar House Island residents and commercial occupiers, on a licence basis. Paid visitor parking for guests of Sugar House Island residents is also available, please contact botanicalmews@sugarhouseisland.com for more information.

What homes do you have available?

We have Studios up to 4-bedroom mews houses available on the Island. For current availability please contact us on residential@sugarhouseisland.com

When will the homes be available?  

The first two phases of homes have launched and are available to rent. Please contact residential@sugarhouseisland.com for up-to-date availability

Are the homes available to rent or buy?

The homes at Sugar House Island are only available for rent.

Are there affordable homes?

What size offices are available?

There are two main commercial areas at Sugar House Island. Dane’s Yard is a collection of eight buildings hosting creative studio space and offices from 1,500 sq ft. Chimney Walk comprises three buildings offering 220,000 sq ft office and educational space. The buildings have large open floorplates, access to roof terraces and courtyards.

What fit-out options are available?

Most spaces come CAT A fit out as standard, however there are some units which are fully fitted and others which are fully fitted with furniture. For more information email offices@sugarhouseisland.com

What retail spaces do you have available?

There are a number of units available ranging in size from 753 sq ft to 5,812 sq ft
