There are two main commercial areas at Sugar House Island. Dane’s Yard is a collection of eight buildings hosting creative studio space and offices from 1,500 sq ft. Chimney Walk comprises three buildings offering 220,000 sq ft office and educational space. The buildings have large open floorplates, access to roof terraces and courtyards.
