With the weather warming up, our riverside terrace in Dane’s Yard is proving a popular place for the Sugar House Island community and East Enders to watch this year’s summer of sport.
Jim & Tonic East is hosting Euros screenings throughout June and July. With over 100 nationalities on the Island, we’re delighted to see so many people gathered together around the big screen to cheer on their team over a drink.
Jim & Tonic found its home on the Island in 2022, opening a gin distillery and bar. It has since grown, having recently launched The Rum House next door – London’s only rum distillery, which can be booked for private events.
The Island is spoilt for choice when it comes to outdoor spaces to relax and socialise. In addition to Dane’s Yard, the surrounding riverfront, and The Rum House’s rooftop bar, our newest area, Chimney Walk, has now opened with sun loungers and seating to soak up the sun.
