We’re thrilled to have been featured in Metro’s recent ‘Neighbourhood Watch’ – a regular series in the paper which shines a spotlight on great residential areas of London.

The piece looks at where to live in Stratford, spotlighting five new developments in the area, with Sugar House Island being one of them. It’s fantastic to be featured as one of the top new places to live in Stratford.

At Sugar House Island we’re always striving to create a place that is convenient, sociable and exciting for our residents.  With amenities such as a locally owned convenience store, bike shop and dry cleaners in addition to entertainment in the form of pop-ups and workshops, our community has everything they need on their doorstep. We also host a great line-up of events by sustainable gin distillers Jim & Tonic, along with creative sessions at The Talent House.

We’re also looking forward to the opening of The Rum House this spring, the newest venture by Jim & Tonic, which will feature a rum distillery, cocktail bar, roof terrace and private events space to hire out for your next celebration.
