INTERNATIONAL GIN & TONIC DAY WITH JIM & TONIC EAST
Happy International Gin & Tonic Day!
To celebrate, Nash, general manager at Jim & Tonic East, has shared his recipe to make the perfect G&T in four simple steps:
- The glass: A copa glass filled with ice is ideal. Don’t worry if you don’t have one, any glass will do!
- The gin: a double of Jim & Tonic Mediterranean
- The tonic: 200ml of Franklin & Sons Indian Tonic
- The garnish: a fresh orange slice and a sprig of rosemary

We’re so lucky to have Jim & Tonic East on the Island. They made The Print House their home in August 2022, as one of the first businesses to open here, and four years on, they’re at the heart of Dane’s Yard as our resident gin and rum bar and working distillery.
