Flexible workspace operator Divisible Space is very excited to announce the launch of their new offering at One Sugar House Lane, Stratford. The building will offer a mix of six floors of self-contained managed workspace ranging in size from 3,320sq ft to 5366 sq ft plus a floor of fixed and hot desk collaborative workspace.

Managed offices

Each self-contained floor will be fully fitted out to the client’s requirements, with a mix of open plan desking, meeting rooms, kitchen and breakout areas to provide a ‘plug and play’ office solution. Flexible terms allow a client to take a space to make their own, without the long-term commitment, large upfront cost or management responsibilities of a private lease. All inclusive pricing includes rent, business rates, utilities, cleaning, super-fast dedicated Internet and onsite staff to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Collaborative workspaces

The addition of collaborative workspace on the ground floor provides further space for individuals and small teams, not to mention the new breed of ‘hybrid worker’ who needs a desk to work closer to home for a day or two each week. Facilities include bookable meeting pods, breakout spaces, tea points, and access to the communal outdoor courtyard and terrace.
