This May, Sugar House Island invites you to Calm & Connect — a week-long programme of uplifting, restorative, and community-driven events as part of Mental Health Awareness Week (13–18 May 2025).
Whether you’re looking to move your body, nourish your mind, or simply take a moment to breathe, our curated line-up has something for everyone — and it’s all free to attend.

Walk & Talk
Monday 12 May, 6:00PM
Step into a slower pace with this guided walk led by transformational coach Angelena Hindocha. Connect through conversation or shared silence as you explore the island and Three Mills area.
