In January 2021 we will be submitting a Full Planning Application for a new building on Sugar House Lane, ‘Building 85’ to replace one of the site’s previous structures. Those who have lived in the area for many years may remember it as Wilson’s Tool Hire.

We are running an online public consultation throughout December on the proposals for the new Building 85. Full details on the plans can be found on the following page:
