Join The Line’s One Step at a Time Wellbeing Walks

One Step at a Time is The Line’s ongoing programme of Wellbeing Walks. Aiming to improve fitness and wellbeing, particularly following a period of isolation during the Covid-19 pandemic, these free guided walks explore the art, wildlife and heritage along The Line.

Come and join a friendly group of walkers in your local area. You can refer yourself using the referral form on The Line’s website, or by speaking to your local social prescriber or link worker.

Each walk is completed at a gentle pace with regular pauses to sit, reflect and make conversation. We will make our way along the route for approximately 20-30 minutes before stopping for refreshments at the House Mill and returning to the start point.

The group meet on Thursdays at The Print House, Stratford High Street, E15.
