Having moved into pioneering dance and music hub ‘The Talent House’ in January, East London Dance has shared details of its first season of dance activity in its new premises on Sugar House Island. The Spring season features Street Dance classes for all ages; take-overs from local dance artists; youth-led community celebrations and more.
Starting this February, they’re offering a variety of adult classes, including beginner level Popping and Hip Hop Dance class, as well as all levels classes in Afro Dance and Breaking, all at £9 a session. Book your place via their Eventbrite page.
Every Thursday of the Spring term, East London Dance are offering free in-person Hip Hop and Street Dance classes for people aged between 7-17. The programme aims to build confidence, resilience and new dance skills. Spaces are limited, sign up using the form on their web page.
