Dane’s Yard – The Creative Quarter

The Sugar House – The eye-catching gold façade is currently being installed on the extensions of The Sugar House and the majority of the internal fit-out works are nearing completion. The area surrounding the building is being landscaped, new trees are in place and the granite paving is almost fully laid.

3 Sugar House Lane – All shell and core works are now finished with building control signed off. The building, which will become home to the UK’s first National Talent House for urban culture, has been handed over to our tenant for fit out. More exciting news on this to follow.

School 360

The concrete frame of the school is now complete, the fit-out works are well underway with the first fix dry lining complete. M&E services are being installed including a sprinkler system and underfloor heating. The brick façade is currently going up, see image below of the distinctive yellow glazed brickwork.

Residential

Botanical Mews – The Sugar House Island community is flourishing with over 60% homes in Botanical Mews now let. We are close to confirming the opening date for our new independent convenience store, watch this space!

Residential phase 2 – Landscaping has now commenced to the public realm around the building and over 1000sqm internal courtyard space. Zinc cladding to the pop-up roofs is nearing completion. Internal fit out works are well underway with commissioning due to start soon on some apartments. The first release of homes will be in September 2021.

Offices and retail along the High Street (MU2)

The substructure pre-cast concrete panels are currently being manufactured and should arrive here on site in early May. 

Matilda’s Bridge

The manufacturing of a new pedestrian bridge connecting the east side of Sugar House Island to Three Mills Green will start in April, ready for installation in June 2021.
